Frank Spadafina CPA, CA, LPA, CPA (Illinois)

 

Frank graduated from York University’s Schulich School of Business, earning a Bachelor of Business Administration with Honors. He began his public accounting career in 1995 with over seven years at KPMG, LLP where he earned his designation as a Chartered Accountant. He has since obtained his U.S. designation as a Certified Public Accountant. While at KPMG, LLP he gained a majority of his experience in the KPMG small business practice area, but also served their multi-national clients in the manufacturing, retail and distribution audit practice. He left KPMG LLP to pursue and establish a public accounting and tax practice with the objective of serving individual and small to mid-sized business clients. Frank, together with his team of professionals at FSPC, Chartered Professional Accountants currently provide professional services to both profit-oriented and not-for-profit entities, regularly advising them on a variety of corporate and personal tax issues, business management, financial accounting and reporting, and much more. In particular,  specializes in the combined tax planning for small corporate groups and their individual owners
